This Privacy Policy explains how Devlex Infotech ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the mobile application Mosaico — Collage Maker & Photo Editor ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Summary
Mosaico does not require an account and does not collect personal information that identifies you. Your photos, collages and edits are processed on your device. We do not sell your data.
Information We Collect
- Account data: None. The App has no sign-up or login.
- Photos & camera: If you add a photo, the App accesses your photo library or camera only for that action. Images stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
- Your creations: Collages and projects you create are saved locally on your device only.
- Technical data: When the App loads templates, layouts, filters, stickers, fonts and other design content from our servers, standard technical information (such as your IP address and request logs) may be processed by our hosting and content-delivery providers to deliver that content and keep the service secure.
How We Use Information
- To provide core features — creating, editing, saving and exporting collages and photos.
- To load design assets (templates, layouts, filters, stickers, fonts, backgrounds).
- To maintain security, prevent abuse and fix bugs.
On-Device Processing
Features such as building collages and grids, applying filters and effects, cropping, resizing, arranging photos, adding text and stickers, and exporting in HD are performed entirely on your device. Exported images are saved to your device's Photos library or shared using the system share sheet — we do not receive copies.
Permissions
- Photo Library: to let you add photos to a collage and to save your exported image.
- Camera: to let you take a photo to use in a design.
You can change these permissions anytime in your device Settings.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. Limited technical data may be processed by trusted service providers (for example, cloud hosting and content-delivery networks) solely to operate the App. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention
Your creations and settings are stored on your device and remain until you delete them or uninstall the App. Server logs held by our providers are retained only as long as needed for operation and security.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your Rights
Because we do not maintain accounts or personal profiles, you control your data directly on your device. You may delete any creation in the App or remove the App to delete all locally stored data. For any request, contact us below.
