End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Devlex Infotech ("we", "us", "our") for the use of the Mosaico — Collage Maker & Photo Editor application ("the App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Usage Rules. This license is for your personal or business use of the App only.
2. Scope of License
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App; or (d) remove any proprietary notices.
3. Pricing & In-App Purchases
Mosaico is currently offered free of charge and does not require a subscription to use its features. If optional in-app purchases or subscriptions are introduced in the future:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Any auto-renewable subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store account settings after purchase.
- Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region; any applicable taxes are added where required.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the text, photos, images and collages you create ("Your Content"). You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have all rights needed to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or law.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its content — including templates, layouts, filters, stickers, fonts, backgrounds, graphics and software — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Assets are licensed for use only within collages and images you create in the App and may not be extracted or redistributed on their own.
6. Consent to Use of Data
You agree that we may collect and use limited technical data as described in our Privacy Policy to operate and improve the App. The App processes your photos and collages on your device.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination you must stop using the App and delete it. Any in-app purchase terms are governed by the App Store.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the App at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlex Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
10. Apple
This Agreement is between you and Devlex Infotech only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you. Any maintenance, support, warranty claims, product-liability claims and legal compliance are our responsibility, not Apple's.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
